Heh . . . It looked just like an ordinary Shepherd's Pie, but tasted smoked.
The difference in this case also was that I physically chopped some sirloin (yes, I know lamb is traditional) into fine dice instead of grinding it, and grilled some pearl onions as well. It was truly yummy.
