We've had the privilege of cat-sitting our friend Pierre's two juvenile cats, Oskar and ViVi for the past few days. I thought I would take the opportunity to pull out my 60mm macro lens. With no tripod, it was insanely difficult to get them when they were actually still for a second. FYI, Oskar is the scaredy-cat and ViVi is the friendly motor kitty (purrs like a mini motorbike). Can you tell just by looking?
It was great having them, but three cats is two cats too many.

Looks to me like ViVi is thinking: "Watcha lookin' at, FOOL?" Nice looking felines, both.
ReplyDeleteYes . . . poor little ViVi was doing some sort of acrobatics at our house in the middle of the night and jumped onto what is quite a crowded, sight-unseen-from-the-ground shelf and knocked over a ceramic mug and damaged her front paw somehow -- silly monkey! so we spent the afternoon at a vet with no definitive diagnosis, so we ail have to live with this uncertainty for at least a couple of weeks . . . but she's young and sprightly so should come through with no lasting damage. A fear of heights, one would hope . . .
